SATIC Power Mexico is an independently operated service serving Southern Baja. We use the information you choose to send through this website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, WhatsApp, phone or email to answer questions, assess service fit, schedule appointments and provide requested proposals or support.

What this website collects

When you send a home test request, we save your name, phone number, town, connection to the property, stated concern and request reference in our service-management system so we can respond. The request is saved even if you do not open WhatsApp. If you then choose WhatsApp, it receives the prefilled text; we receive that separate message only after you tap Send. Your self-reported property role is confirmed before arranging service.

Facebook and Instagram requests

If you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares your submitted name, contact number, community and connection to the home with SATIC Power Mexico. We use those details to respond to your request, confirm service availability and coordinate a visit. The request is retained even if you do not open WhatsApp. It may also include the form, ad and submission details that identify where your request came from.

Your request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. We use hosted tools to store requests and coordinate the work needed to respond.

Measurement and advertising

If you allow optional measurement, we record page views, button clicks, form starts, confirmed request saves and WhatsApp handoffs with an anonymous session identifier, page version and campaign tags. These measurement records exclude your name, contact number, form answers, raw query string and advertising click IDs. Declining measurement does not prevent a test request. Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are not currently configured. You may choose “Essential only” or change your choice using the Measurement preferences link in the footer.

Other services

WhatsApp handles the prefilled handoff and the message you choose to send. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, your mobile carrier and any external media you choose to open operate under their own privacy terms and may process information outside Mexico.

Retention

We retain contact and transaction records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, schedule service, provide support, keep required business records and resolve disputes. First-party measurement records expire after 90 days and are removed when the next measurement event is processed. Short-lived request counters help limit automated spam; they use a daily hashed network address rather than storing the original address, and old counters are removed as new requests arrive.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it when retention is not required for an active transaction or legal obligation. Email ejuell.sunworks@gmail.com.
