Serving Southern Baja. From Todos Santos, El Pescadero and Cerritos to Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor and San José del Cabo.
Selected-outlet screening, not a full electrical inspection. We’ll confirm your appointment time and who will visit.
A few good questions.
What happens during the free home test?
We take spot voltage and electrical-noise readings at selected outlets, explain what we observed and give you a written summary with next steps. It is a screening, not a full electrical safety inspection or a long-term power-quality study. There is no purchase obligation.
Who visits, and who handles support?
We confirm who will visit and the appointment time before booking. Before you decide on an installation, we confirm the installer, exact-model warranty and Mexico support contact in writing.
How is pricing confirmed?
You receive a written quote for the exact model and installation before deciding. We confirm the scope and explain installation, taxes, travel and local support so you can review the complete price.
What is dirty power—and where does it come from?
Here, dirty power means electrical noise carried on AC wiring. It can arrive on the grid supply or come from equipment inside your home. Brief voltage spikes are a separate problem. A home test helps us understand the conditions at selected outlets; we do not assume every home in Baja has the same issue.
What protection does SATIC add?
SATIC combines line-noise filtering with rated surge suppression at the electrical panel. Surge suppression helps limit brief voltage spikes that can reach connected appliances and electronics. Protection has limits: the exact model, installation and event matter. No system can guarantee that equipment will never fail.
Is it a battery, generator or voltage regulator?
No. It does not keep the power on during an outage, repair faulty wiring or replace a regulator for sustained voltage problems. If your home needs those solutions, we will explain that before recommending a system.
Does it work with solar, batteries or generators?
It may. We review your panel, service and any solar, battery or generator equipment before confirming the exact model and installation. The setup matters.
Will it lower my electric bill or replace my surge protectors?
We do not promise a particular bill saving. We also review the protection you already have before recommending anything additional. Keep your existing surge protection until the installer reviews the complete setup.
Technical details & system limits
System limits
Protection is limited by the selected system’s ratings. It does not replace backup power or electrical repairs.
